On April 26 at 18:00 h, Francisco Millanes Mato, honorary president of IDEAM SA, will give a lecture in the 351 cycle of conferences organized by the CERES of the University of Liège.

The presentation is entitled “Viaduct sobre el Río Ulla, du TGV Atlantique à Galicia” and will be moderated by Prof. Vincent de Ville de Goyet.
