Member of the Working Group for the Drafting of the “Guide of Plans of Structures Maintenance in bridges” developed by ACHE and the Road Technical Association (ATC). Specialist in inspection and repair engineering. He has performed the special inspection of a high number of bridges y he had developed the Detailed Design of these structures. He had worked as Technical assistance Works during the execution of the works Emergency repair, and he had worked in the construction of singular bridges as Head of Technical Office for Assistance and Control Project Work Platform Construction of "High Speed Lines”.
