The joint venture formed by IDEAM SA and OFITECO | Oficina Técnica de Estudios y Control de Obras, S.A. has been awarded by ADIF with the Contract for “Consulting and assistance for the control of the works of the Murcia-Almería Mediterranean High-Speed Corridor platform project. Section: Totana-Totana”.
The 9.9 km section runs entirely through the municipality of Totana and the construction of a new intermodal station is planned to replace the current one.
The section has 6 viaducts, with a total length of 3,174 m, including the one that will cross the A-7 motorway, 954 m long.
In addition, the section includes 4 overpasses and 2 underpasses and 56 transversal drainage works.
