Currently the width executed on site is 13.30 m of the total 24.5 m that the deck will have. In the coming weeks, the cantilever segments will be placed to complete the section of 130 m long and 24.5 m wide, on which the arch will be mounted on temporary supports.
Once the steel structure of this central section is completed, it will be moved to its final location on the M-12 in a special operation.
The new arch bridge will connect the T-4 of the Madrid Barajas airport with Valdebebas crossing over the M-12, with a main span of 162 m and a total length of 207 m.
